Please arrive on time, as late entry cannot be accommodated. Claim your spot behind, or beside, the "Reserved" front row and check in at the welcome table for your wristband. Check-in closes promptly at 12:30 p.m.

Your hostess, Kat Meloy, will welcome you with a warm and uplifting message to start the day on a high note.

Charity Host Presentation: 1:00 p.m.- 1:15 p.m.
Hear from our guest charity about the incredible work they’re doing in our community.
Opening Musician: 1:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Enjoy a complimentary performance by your Host, Glen Meloy, as he takes you on a musical journey through original Funk, Blues, Folk, and Country tunes!​
Intermission: 2:45 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Enjoy a 15-minute intermission—stretch, socialize, and explore the offerings from our guest vendor. (Restroom is in the “carriage house” to your right of the stage).
Spotlight Musicians Performance : 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sit back and immerse yourself in an unforgettable music experience you’ll be talking about long after the last note.
After Hours Party: 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
(Adults only please) Join us in the backyard to enjoy some camaraderie with new and old friends around our 8x5 foot heart shaped firepit with new and old friends. (Weather and Burn Ban Permitting)
