2024 Fall Show

• The RSVP link on our website is now hidden from the public since our website was gaining public attention. 

• added a plus one policy to RSVP so we can track everyone attending to reference our cap limit.

• We increased the cap limit to 80 attendees. This is the most we will have moving forward as we want to keep it intimate.

• Added a pop up vendor/small business to support.

• Added a online Check in system for the welcome desk.

• Added a first Aid kit, sunscreen and doggie bags at the welcome table.

• Added a musician Agreement.

 

2023 Fall Show

• increased the attendance Limit to 60.

• Added donation box's for those who wanted to donate more. 

• Added a welcome table and wristbands for those who prepaid.

• Offered a door prize. 

• Added online payment through Venmo.

• Printed check in sheet.

• Added a reserved front row for spotlight musicians, elderly and family.

• Offered bottled waters to Attendees.

• Reserved parking for overnight guests and musicians.

• Raised the minimum donation amount.

• ​Presented a online survey for those who attended.

• Added a liability waiver.

• Added a Greenroom for Musicians.

• Feed people in afterhours show.
